Hello,
I have noticed that if there are two (or more) displays connected to one computer, they are correctly recognized and reported in the detail report for this computer, but in the hardware audit report just the first display appears. It means not all displays apper in the audit reports.
Extremely strange it is in case of Radeon boards, always two displays are detected and if there is just one physical display, the second one is named "Default monitor" or "(Unknown monitor)". And unfortunately in the audit reports appears just this non-existing monitor, not the real one.

Thanks. We've done some test runs, and even though the Device Manager indicates 2 monitors and one of them is "Default Monitor", EVEREST correctly displayed 1 monitor (the real one only).
Can you please create a couple of CSV reports on the problemous computers and email them to:
uusi AT freemail.hu
Use ZIP compression on the CSV reports please.
Thanks,
Fiery

I'm afraid I haven't received your email. Please send the email to the following 2 email addresses again:
uusi AT freemail.hu
tamas.miklos AT lavalys.com
uusi AT freemail.hu
tamas.miklos AT lavalys.com
I have noticed some DNS CNAME problem for freemail.hu domain yesterday but now the e-mail was delivered successfully to both addresses.
