Reports over my Client's

Hello

I have a fine working Trial Version of EV Corporated. I can see my clients and I can see also theirs PC informations if I klick to the corresponding links at EV on my laptops side. But there is no way for me to get a automaticly genenrated Report with the correct remote PC informations. Allways I get only the infos about my laptop in this reports.
Can sombody tell me how to fix this problem? can I do it with a second paramter in the registry entry of my clients PC like \\server\share\everest.exe /ACCEPTBG /?

You need to use the Remote Report Wizard to create reports of your remote systems.

This creates a report at login and it runs silent in the background - new reports you can create with the Remote Report Wizard, as Fiewry said.
